He purchased the home, which was built in the 1940s, for $3.5 million in 2013. The stunning abode overlooks the Santa Monica Mountains and Mulholland and Laurel Canyons. Evans transformed the space into his gym, but it technically includes a bedroom, kitchen and separate entrance, making it a comfortable potential guest unit. In order to take full advantage of the stunning scenery, Evans extended the backyard that now features a pool, outdoor seating area and fire pit. While the views at the property are impressive, Evans, a Massachusetts native, is looking to sell so he can spend more time on the East Coast, per the outlet.
