According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE,The Little Mermaidstar, 25, was granted sole legal and physical custody of her 17-month-old sonHalo Saint, whom she welcomed in December 2023, with ex-boyfriendDDG. The "Angel" singer requested sole custody of the toddler, after she alleged the 27-year-old rapper, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., abused her physically and emotionally. The temporary restraining order, which orders the Twitch streamer toremain over 100 yards awayfrom Bailey and Halo at all times, expires on the court hearing, scheduled for June 4, 2025. Halle Bailey/Instagram Bailey also asked the judge to order her ex-boyfriend not be allowed visitation with his son. However, she requested that DDG be given supervised visits with a professional company once a week for six hours while Halo is in Los Angeles. Additionally, Bailey is asking the court to prevent DDG from taking their son outside of the county of Los Angeles. She has also requested an order to prevent child abduction, saying that DDG has a history of abusing her, taking away or hiding Halo from her, threatening to take away or hide Halo from her and not cooperating with her in parenting. Bailey asks that a judge order DDG not to travel with Halo without her written permission and to turn in or not apply for passports or other important documents for their son. If he does travel with Halo with her permission, she is asking the judge to order that DDG provide his travel schedule, copies of round-trip airline tickets, addresses and phone numbers where they can be reached and an open airline ticket for her if Halo is not returned. Bailey detailed several alleged examples of abuse, ending her statement by saying that she's "done everything possible to avoid going to Court." "I realize that there is no placating Darryl. I cannot allow this abuse any longer. I cannot keep living like this," she says. "I never know when he is going to demand our son to be in his mother's care and whether I will be subjected to his threats and abuse."
