The mixed panel of judges and jury convicted eight of the 10 defendants for crimes directly linked to the theft, while another defendant was found guilty of illegal weapons charges. The heaviest sentences were handed down to five defendants who participated directly in the heist, with the mastermind of the robbery Khedache getting a three-year jail sentence. Earlier this month, the"Kardashians" on Hulustar testified in Paris court that she thought she would be raped and killedduring the 2016 heistwhere she was robbed at gunpoint in her hotel room by a group who stole jewels worth millions.
