Michael Strahanisn't ready to put his dancing shoes on anytime soon. "Don't be pointing at me," Strahan, 53, said, while Ribeiro replied, "I think if there was a guy who played for the Giants at one point... he would bring the whole New York audience..." Strahan then got up from his chair to briefly show off some dance moves, before telling Ribeiro, "That's as much as you're getting." "We need you, buddy," Ribeiro, 53, then added, promising, "We'll get you a tall dancer to dance with you so it won't look so awkward." "You know what I love aboutDancing with the Stars?" Strahan asked, before quipping, "When they come here, and I just get to interview them, and I don't have to dance. That's the best part." He then insisted that his "joints are too old and brittle" to be busting out the serious dance moves. "This is the thing; this is what scared me. Every professional football player and athlete who has been on the show said it was the hardest thing they've ever done. If it was harder than football was for me, I cannot fathom it at this point in my life," Strahan explained. While a run onDWTSdoesn't seem to be in the cards for Strahan, he did suggest that Stephanopoulos "would do it"—so there's stillsomehope forGMAfans! Woman Leaves Wedding Shocked After Bride Says Her Outfit Is 'Inappropriate' and Doesn't Meet Her 'Dress Code'New Foto - Woman Leaves Wedding Shocked After Bride Says Her Outfit Is 'Inappropriate' and Doesn't Meet Her 'Dress Code'

Tony Anderson/Getty A woman on TikTok went viral for sharing she'd been told by a bride that her outfit was "inappropriate" and didn't meet the "dress code" of the wedding The woman revealed on TikTok that she and her husband weren't told about the dress code and that they'd been invited to the wedding over text The groom, a friend of the woman's husband, admitted he never told the couple about the dress code, but the bride refuses to apologize When one woman arrived to a wedding on Friday, April 25, she had no idea that she'd be leaving before the reception had barely even started. A TikToker, whose name is Elisé and posts under the username is@ebrown_rn, started posting her multipart story to the social media platform after she, her husband, and their two kids had their evening plans cut short. In her firstvideo, where she's sitting in her car dressed in a patterned blue, baby pink and white dress, she starts her story by saying that the family had traveled two hours for a wedding of her husband's friend (the groom), but she didn't know the bride. They had only been there about "15 minutes" when the bride approached her to say that her outfit was "inappropriate" for the "dress code." She captioned the video with, "Got kicked out of a wedding reception for being out of a dress code I didn't know existed!" aire images/Getty Elisé goes on to say she "never got a wedding invitation mailed" to her house, her husband just received a text message invite, and to her knowledge, there was nothing included about a dress code. Following the first video, she included aphotoof herself and her husband, showing their coordinating outfits. Along with her spring-ready dress, she wore tan sandals. Her husband wore a matching dark blue suit with a light pink button-down shirt and matching tie. The story didn't end there, though. After her first video took off, commenters were clamoring for more information, so she provided "backstory" with more context, including clarification again that she did not know the bride and she and her husband were only friends with the groom. In fact, she says that the first words the bride spoke to her at the reception — where this went down — were her telling the woman that her outfit was not OK for the event. The PEOPLE Appis now available in the Apple App Store! Download it now for the most binge-worthy celeb content, exclusive video clips, astrology updates and more! aire images/Getty Elisé says the bride came up to her and said, "Let me say something. Your outfit is inappropriate. It doesn't match the dress code. There was a dress code, and I asked for people to wear these specific colors." But what really threw her for a loop was that the bride closed by supposedly saying, "Typically I would send people home, but since you came from far, I'll let you stay," but apparently in a way that this woman knew was not welcoming. The bride had also just asked Elisé's husband to remove his pink tie, because it didn't fit the dress code. So Elisé left, while her husband collected their kids. She says she was really put off by how "rude" the approach was, with the bride choosing to not even introduce herself. Her husband was also "hurt" by the interaction, she says in yet anothervideo, because it's one of his "long-term friends" and it was disappointing to not be able to spend time catching up with him and his other friends. People kept asking more questions in her comments, so she continued hervideoson April 26, saying the wedding was at 3 p.m. on Friday and the temperature was 85 degrees. She felt her light dress and sandals were completely appropriate for the occasion because that weather and time of day read "casual" to her. She also reiterated that she had not received any word about a dress code. Elisé says the text message detailed the time, date and location for the wedding only, and she jokes that it was messages between "dudes" and maybe that was part of the communication breakdown. In an April 27video, Elisé says the groom admitted to her and her husband that he never shared the dress code with them. However, the bride was refusing to take ownership for her actions and stood by what she said to the couple about the dress code. The woman says the bride has also asked for her to stop posting about the wedding on social media. But as she says in the video "respect, in my book, goes two ways" and she showed her respect by leaving her wedding, even though she doesn't believe she was shown respect. So she has chosen to leave the videos up. She pointed out that she did not identify the bride in any way, nor did she even give any information about the location of the wedding. Klaus Vedfelt/Getty The final kicker came April 28, when Elisé shared anothervideothat actually had the dress code. In a screenshot at the end of the video, the dress code colors were revealed to be "smokey gray, midnight blue, sunflower yellow and crimson red." The dress code also stated that the colors were to be worn in solid form only, no patterns. No white or black clothes for the women, no black for the men, and guests were to wear black shoes only. While revealing the dress code, Elisé says that if she had initially seen all these rules, she probably wouldn't have bothered going. Many of the commenters on the video agreed, noting how extreme it was. Read the original article onPeople

It's decades after the show was on the air, andBaywatchis still a cultural icon, but according to former cast memberNicole Eggert, the extreme success of the show wasn't always a good thing. The actress, who played the character Summer Quinn for two seasons, revealed during a recent episode of theStill Here Hollywoodpodcast that the show had negative effects on both her career and dating life, even after she left the series. 🎬SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox🎬 "We were being ripped apart in the press," she said of the response toBaywatchdespite its intense popularity, and because of this, "The casting doors were not opening anymore." Eggert went on, "And then all of a sudden it was like we were called 'Baywatch bimbos' and these dumb bimbos on the beach...then on the other hand, you have this No. 1 hit on your hand, and it's like what a kerfuffle. What a mess." She "politely bowed out" of the show after two seasons, hoping to create some distance between herself and the image ofBaywatch, saying, "I had some crazy idea in my head that if I left the show, I would be able to detach myself from the stigma that the show had given all of us as actors, which is not a thing." Unfortunately, this also negatively affected her dating life, with Eggert saying that many people had trouble separating her from the character she played. She said, "People have an idea of who you are, and that could be a number of things. And I think it's harder for people to get to know you without this preconceived notion that they have going in." While Eggert left the show after a couple of years,Baywatchcontinued to be a huge success, airing until 2001. There was a reunion TV movie in 2003 calledBaywatch: Hawaiian Wedding,in which Eggert reprised her role as Summer. Related: 'Baywatch' Actress Proves She's Still Got It in Rare Red Carpet Photos

'Ida' and 'Corpus Christi' Stars Unite for 'The Time That Never Came' as Dystopian Melodrama Debuts First Look, Locks a Private View as Co-Producer (EXCLUSIVE)New Foto - 'Ida' and 'Corpus Christi' Stars Unite for 'The Time That Never Came' as Dystopian Melodrama Debuts First Look, Locks a Private View as Co-Producer (EXCLUSIVE)

Agata Kulesza ("Ida") and Bartosz Bielenia ("Corpus Christi") will brace for "The Time That Never Came." The dystopian melodrama, set to premiere in 2026, will focus on a couple in a world obsessed with youth. Sara (Kulesza) chose to age naturally while Oskar, her partner, took an anti-aging treatment. Years later, when they reunite — divided by time but bound by the past — Sara begins a journey to reclaim lost love, confront buried emotions and find freedom. As they travel together to the City of Youth, unexpected events begin to shift her plans. Kulesza, also known for "Green Border," toldVariety: "I truly hope we can create a universal story, one that invites reflection on where older people stand in today's world and whether we're placing far too much value on youth, which is, from the outset, a race we're all destined to lose. I understand that when you're young, you don't think about growing old — but aging comes for all of us." The film is directed by Julia Rogowska, who is making her feature debut. "I'm genuinely interested in what young people think about and how they perceive the world. This story, and the world Julia created in her imagination, moved me immediately," added Kulesza. "I think we connected through that sensitivity and through the things that trouble us in the world. I'm at a stage in life that feels like a transition. It pains me that aging has become taboo, and that older people are pushed aside. We talk about them only in terms of age, but no one asks what that person has meant to the world or what they've done. They become nothing more than a number." According to Rogowska, "The Time That Never Came" was born from conversations about "where our collective obsession with youth comes from and what the fear of aging silently takes away from us." "Together with screenwriter Małgorzata Piłacińska, we explored what we are willing to sacrifice, or even give up entirely, out of that fear. At its core, this is also a love story: one shaped by time, memory and longing. I was drawn to the emotional tension of melodrama: the idea that even after years apart, two people can still carry the weight of what was lost, and the hope of what might still be reclaimed." She called Sara "the kind of heroine we need today." "We've been told that significant change is the domain of the young, but Sara defies that notion," Rogowska said. "She challenges how we think not only about aging, but also about freedom." Also featuring Dobromir Dymecki as Oskar and Michalina Łabacz, "The Time That Never Came" is produced by Krystyna Kantor for Shipsboy (Poland). Joanna Szymańska co-produces, as well as Dries Phlypo for A Private View (Belgium). Next Film handles Polish distribution. "As a company focused on international co-productions, we've always looked for stories that connect across cultures, but 'The Time That Never Came' is our first majority feature. Sara's journey struck us as emotionally resonant, artistically ambitious, and deeply relevant to the world we live in. This is the kind of bold, genre-crossing cinema we believe audiences are looking for," said Kantor. Previously, A Private View collaborated with Shipsboy on "Dust," directed by Anke Blondé. "We got to know Shipsboy as a reliable, committed, and strong partner. We're excited to now switch roles and stand behind 'The Time That Never Came' as co-producer, supporting this remarkable story," noted Phlypo. "The film offers a critical perspective on beauty ideals and aging while unfolding a captivating and universal love story. From the very beginning, we were drawn to the originality and distinct character of this project, a narrative in which love, despite every obstacle and temptation, always finds its way back to the surface," he said. "It's about the strength it takes to let go, the consequences of the choices we make and the search for freedom and self-worth."
