On May 13, Princess Beatrice, 36, stepped out in a deep red Rebecca Vallance gown to attend the Elephant Family's "Wonders of the Wild" event at Kew Gardens in Richmond, England, where she joined her uncle the King and Queen Camilla. The Elephant Family is a charity working to conserve Asia's wildlife and enable coexistence with surrounding communities, and Tuesday night's event celebrated arts and conservation. The outing comes just over three months after Beatrice welcomed her second child, daughter Athena, who was born prematurely. In afirst-person essayforBritish Voguepublished March 23, she recalled the "sheer worry" of her daughter's early arrival but said the experience taught her "so much." Beatrice, who is also mom to daughter Sienna, 3, with husbandEdoardo Mapelli Mozzi, revealed that Athena "is now doing really well." She shared that she has had "a few more answers as to what happened, but still no precise explanation" of the early birth. CHRIS JACKSON/POOL/AFP via Getty While Princess Beatrice, the King and Queen Camilla didn't pose for a photo together at the event, Beatrice's presence was a show of support for the cause that's important to them.Prince Andrew's eldest daughter is aCounsellor of Statefor King Charles, meaning that she could execute constitutional duties if he was abroad or unwell. The law dictates that the Counsellor of State position is held by the sovereign's spouse and the first four people in the line of succession over the age of 21, which is how Beatrice holds the royal role. However, it's unlikely that she would be tapped to act for the King, with Queen Camilla orPrince Williammore likely to take on that responsibility. Chris Jackson/Getty Princess Beatrice is not a patron of the organization, but has attended events connected to the Elephant Family before, and her mother and sister are formal supporters. Beatrice's younger sisterPrincess Eugenieand their motherSarah Fergusonare both honorary life patrons of  the Elephant Family, as is Queen Camilla's sister,Annabel Elliot, who also attended the fête. The Queen and her sister are known to be close, with Annabel serving as both a coronation attendant and a Queen's Companion, a more modern form of lady-in-waiting. Chris Jackson/Getty The organization was established by Queen Camilla's late brother, Mark Shand, who died in 2014 at age 62 after falling and sustaining a head injury. Mark was a passionate conservationist who dedicated decades of his life to saving the Asian elephant. Today, his sister Queen Camilla, 77, and King Charles, 76, continue this mission by serving as the Elephant Family's joint royal presidents. The Wonders of the Wild night recognized the ongoing work of the Elephant Family and concluded the Big Egg Hunt, a public art trail in which leading artists and designers created over 120 egg sculptures displayed at iconic spots around London as part of a free public art trail. The King and Queen toured an avenue lined with over 30 egg sculptures upon arrival and met charity supporters including singer-songwriter Ellis-Bextor, media presenter Gok Wan and Matilde Rodrigues, age 8, who was one of the first people to complete the special egg trail by collecting all 123 eggs via the Elephant Family app. Chris Jackson/Getty Can't get enough of PEOPLE's Royals coverage?Sign up for our free Royals newsletterto get the latest updates on Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle and more! Everything we know about 'All's Fair,' the new lawyer drama starring Kim KardashianNew Foto - Everything we know about 'All's Fair,' the new lawyer drama starring Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian is taking her passion for law to the small screen. The reality star, who has repeatedlyexpressed her desire to become a lawyer in real life, appears in a new trailer for Ryan Murphy's new legal drama, "All's Fair." Kardashian's fans first learned that she had signed up to star in the scripted series in June 2024, when it was discussed on Season 5, Episode 2 of "The Kardashians." In the scene, Murphy pitched the show to Kardashian, who seems excited to take it on. "I know I don't need to add another thing to my schedule or another TV show, but it's so different than what I do and it's such a challenge for me," she said in a confessional interview. "I love the challenge, so I just want to see this out." A year later, Hulu has released new details about the project and a first look at the series. What is the show about and when will it premiere? Read on to learn more. According to a Hulu synopsis, "All's Fair" follows a team of female divorce attorneys after they leave a "male-dominated firm" to start their own practice. "Fierce, brilliant, and emotionally complicated, they navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances — both in the courtroom and within their own ranks. In a world where money talks and love is a battleground, these women don't just play the game — they change it," the synopsis reads. On "The Kardashians," Murphy pitched Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner on the show's premise. "It's a really good idea," he said. "So, Kim is the world's best, most expensive divorce lawyer and she has her own firm. And the thing about her firm is that it's an all-female firm." Murphy compared the series to "Sex in the City," saying people would love it because it portrays "a bond of women trying to get through an experience together." Kardashian, who has been vocal about her experiences studying for the bar exam, said the show was very "on brand" for her, and Murphy agreed. He joked that her catchphrase could be, "Not only am I a lawyer, but I play one on TV." "That's the best catchphrase ever," he said with a smile. "Totally," Kardashian said. The two previously collaborated when Kardashianappearedin Murphy's series "American Horror Story: Delicate." The all-star cast features Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Matthew Noszka, Sarah Paulson and Glenn Close. Kardashian, Close, Watts, Nash-Betts and Paulson also serve as executive producers on the project alongside Jenner, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson and Nissa Diederich. Murphy played triple duty, writing, directing and producing the project. Anthony Hemingway worked by his side as an executive producer and director. Hulu has released a new trailer for "All's Fair" to hold viewers over until its premiere later this year. The short clip begins with Kardashian's character addressing a client, saying, "Deep breath. Tell us your story." "It's been a lot. I'm sorry," the client, who appears to be actor Elizabeth Berkley, says as she grows emotional. "No, no, no. We don't meet with sorry people," Watts replies. Actor Judith Light then appears in a scene and says, "You know what a girl's best friend is. Not diamonds. Her lawyers." Set to the song "Cell Block Tango," the trailer promises plenty of intrigue and revenge for the law practice's clients. In one scene, Close addresses a client and says, "Get mad. Get hot. Get revenge." Next, a man appears in that practice's office and says, "What do you ladies think you could possibly hit me with that I haven't seen before?" Kardashian replies, saying, "You're right. Everything we're going yo show you today, you should be intimately familiar with." Paulson appears to stir up some drama in one scene as she addresses the female lawyers, saying, "You're not the only ones to suffer abuse. Plenty of women inflict it, don't they?" She later appears then takes a sip of her drink and says, "That's bitter, just like all the women who own this joint." According to Hulu, "All's Fair" will debut on Hulu in the U.S. and Disney+ internationally in fall 2025. An exact premiere date has not been released yet. Warner Bros. Discovery characters appear in movies, TV shows, comic books and videogames. Now the company wants to make a new effort to book them cameos in commercials. As part of a new initiative known as "WBD Storyverse," advertisers can gain access to use some of the company's best-known characters, including those who appear in films and series such as "Elf," "Harry Potter," "The Big Bang Theory," "The Matrix," "Family Matters" and "Friends." "Audiences have a deep connection to our stories, and we want to offer that connectivity in service to our partners," says Sheereen Russell, executive vice president of client partnerships at Warner Bros. Discovery, in a statement. "By blending fresh ideas with the familiarity of our beloved worlds and characters, we empower marketers to spark cultural conversations and delight consumers with meaningful moments." To be sure, advertisers have licensed popular characters and programming concepts for years. Warner's DC Comics superheroes, for example, have regularly appeared in print ads for Hostess pastries and Snickers candy bars over the years. In more recent endeavors, Comcast was able to gain permission from director Steven Spielberg to use characters from his landmark 1982 film "E.T."in a 2019 Thanksgiving Day ad for cable and broadband services(it helped that Universal Pictures, the distributor of the film, is a Comcast subsidiary). NBC lured new ad deals from Volkswagen and Allstate, among others, by allowing the use of characters fromfamous "Saturday Night Live" sketches in special commercials tied to the long-running program's 50th anniversary. Now Warner seems to hope to reduce some of the barriers to entry. The company says it will consider granting permission for use of characters and talent tied to past projects for advertiser that wish to use them when investing ad dollars in its linear, digital and social channels. The company has signed off on similar projects in recent months. It allowed Batman to be used in a widespread State Farm campaign that put the popular superhero in an action sequence alongside actor Jason Bateman, and granted consumer-products giant Unilever the ability to use characters from the 1989 film "When Harry Met Sally" in a recent Super Bowl commercialthat also tapped the stars of that movie, Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan. These concepts can help the commercials stand apart from the rest of the pack, suggest executives who used the Warner properties. "By weaving the iconic State Farm brand assets and humor into the world of Gotham City, we created a campaign that broke through into pop culture in a massive way, delighting everyone from casual to the most die-hard of Batman fans," says Alyson Griffin, head of marketing at State Farm, in a statement. Unilever's Esi Eggleston Bracey, the company's chief growth and marketing officer, says the use of Crystal and Ryan helped capture market share and create "genuine cultural impact." Warner Bros. Discovery says it intends to offer consultative services from in-house strategists and creative experts as well as production resources, and distribution via WBD platforms and third-party licensing. .
