"To the light of my life, my ray of sunshine, my hilarious, brilliant, best buddy. Happy 21st birthday!!" Paltrow wrote in her caption. In her interview, the daughter of Paltrow and the Coldplay singer spoke about what she's studying at college and was askedif she's majoring in dramawhile at Vanderbilt University. "No," she replied, laughing. "I'm a law, history and society major, but I wish I would've taken — maybe I'll take a theater course before I leave," Apple continued. "It's a fun balance between my very different extracurriculars and my major." Although she's not technically majoring in theater, Apple is participating in a show this semester with an extracurricular group and, at the time of the interview, was getting her cast's costumes together. "It's really busy because after spring break I have tech week and I have to get everyone's costumes ready for the show," she said. "I'm in the lovely Vanderbilt Original Cast, the esteemed cabaret theater group. This semester's show is a musical parody ofLove IslandcalledLove on an Island. It's so fun.
