Kelce was grinning ear-to-ear when he was revealed as the surprise guest and the Wembley Stadium crowd erupted in cheers. Kelce later revealedit was his ideato join Swift on stage, explaining on theNew Heightspodcast last year that he first mentioned it offhandedly to his girlfriend, who initially laughed at the idea before asking her NFL boyfriend, "'Would you seriously be up for doing something like that?' " "I was just like, 'What? I would love to do that, are you kidding me? I've seen the show enough — might as well put me to work here,' " Kelce said. "It was an absolute blast," Kelce said. "It was such a fun, playful part of the show and it was like … the perfect time for me to go up there, just be a ham and have some fun — not only with [Swift]… but the crowd and really try and get everybody excited for the rest of the show.
