SiriusXM's Team Coco "Obviously your wife, what she went throughdealing with cancerand how she dealt with it and how she went public — all of that is so courageous ... hats off to you," Danson began, referencing Munn's decision to share her struggle withaggressive breast cancerin both breasts, which required multiple surgeries including a double mastectomy. "That means a lot, Ted, thank you," Mulaney, who shares sonMalcolm, 4, and daughter,Méi, 8 months, with Munn, 44, said. "None of that's easy," Danson replied. "No it's not," Mulaney replied, adding, "After her fourth but before her fifth surgery — 'cause to stop the potential spread of it she had ahysterectomy[removal of the uterus] andoophorectomy[removal of ovaries] as well — so in the midst of it we also made embryos, so that our daughter could be here. Which she is now, which is the greatest," Mulaney said, referencing how Méi was welcomed via agestational surrogateafter Munn's cancer treatment. "I always look back on her the when she was diagnosed in April [2023], through that whole year and go, 'She wasn't just courageous, but she was also so fun … like, we had so much fun.' "It's weird; I go through iPhone photos and I go, 'Oh that's you, me, and Malcolm in the backyard with the kiddie pool when he decided to just pour so many pebbles into the storm drain and clog it up and whatever it was,' and … that was 3 weeks after your lymph node dissection." "It wasn't just the courage of it," he said. "She also was just giving us — it's always just her greatest best self throughout it."
